Terry Ladisheff

Terry is adept at and takes great fulfillment from helping companies optimize their potential. Her career began in consulting and quickly evolved to the operations side of that house. Terry progressed quickly through a series of Sales Operations roles at Monster, Yahoo!, and LogMeIn (LOGM), where she created the Sales Op function from the ground up. Terry successfully scaled the sales ops function through the rapid-growth period running up to and following the successful IPO. After LogMeIn Terry served as COO of GearsCRM, a Salesforce implementation firm, scaling the company from $2M to $10M over 4 years. Terry then served as Chief Revenue Officer at Loadsmart, a tech company in the logistics space. Terry joined at series A and converted the company from a founder-led sales motion, standing up Marketing, the SDR function, Enterprise Sales, SMB Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Revenue Operations. Terry helped scale Loadsmart from $20M --> $125M in bookings over 2.5 years and played a key role in successful Series B and C funding rounds. Terry then joined The Mom Project, a digital talent marketplace where she oversaw the entire go-to-market engine and scaled 3.2x over 18 months. Terry made her expertise available on demand to companies in need when she founded Sunrise Rev in July 2022. Her schedule has been full ever since.

When she's not busy scaling companies for growth and success, Terry spends time in the greater Boston area with her wonderful family. She enjoys giving back to her community, hiking with her pup, and adventures of all sorts.

Taylor Oliver

Taylor has spent her career at high growth startups in leadership roles spanning Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, Operations, and General Management.

She began her career at Flexport, a platform for global trade, where she joined as the 10th employee and was instrumental in the company’s growth from $1M in revenue to $1B in revenue in its first seven years. She played a key role in developing the go-to-market strategy first as Sales Development Manager and Head of Sales Operations, and then as Director of Sales.

Taylor subsequently launched the business’ Chicago office and as General Manager, grew the team to 115 people and revenue to $60 million in under 2 years. Later, she went on to lead the company’s Southwest region, the company’s 2nd largest region by headcount and revenue.

Taylor’s next venture was with Airspace, a tech-enabled time-critical logistics company where she served as VP of Global Account Management and Customer Success overseeing the management of 200 clients and $80 million in revenue. Through strategic initiatives such as implementing a post-close customer lifecycle activity strategy and partnering with product to build customer reporting capabilities into the platform, she successfully expanded revenue from the existing client base by 75% within six months.

After Airspace, Taylor joined The Mom Project, a digital talent marketplace, where she led Enterprise Sales and Account Management, standing up the outbound sales development engine, formalizing the sales motion, and launching a new product offering.

Taylor joined Sunrise Rev in the Spring of 2023 to provide fractional go-to-market expertise to our client portfolio.

Outside of work, Taylor cherishes spending time with her family in the North suburbs of Chicago. Golf, tennis, and all lake-related activities keep them busy in the summer.
